Accessibility Statement

Last updated

Kloudwise Private Limited wants everyone to be able to use kloudwise.org, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification, voice control or other assistive technology.

Our standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, and meet Level AAA where it is practical, for example 7:1 contrast for body text.

What we do

  • Every page has a skip link, landmarks, one main heading and a logical heading order.
  • Everything works with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
  • Moving content can be paused, and stops entirely if your device is set to reduce motion.
  • Text resizes up to 400% without loss of content and respects your font size settings.
  • Forms have visible labels, clear error messages and no time limits, and spam protection never asks you to solve a puzzle.
  • Colour contrast is checked automatically every time our colours change.
  • We test with automated tools (axe and Lighthouse) on every change and manually with screen readers before each release.

We do not use accessibility overlay widgets.

Known limitations

  • The booking calendar is provided by Cal.com, and we cannot guarantee its accessibility. If it doesn’t work for you, use the quote form, request a callback, call, WhatsApp, text or email us instead. These options are always shown next to the calendar.
  • Some decorative image areas are placeholders until real photographs are added.
