Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data Kloudwise Private Limited (“Kloudwise”, “we”) collects through kloudwise.org, why, who processes it, how long we keep it and how you can exercise your rights. It is written to meet India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA).

What we collect and why

We also record the page you sent a form from and any campaign tags in the link you followed, so we know which pages and campaigns lead to enquiries. We do not ask for, and you should not send, passwords, health, financial or government ID information.
Legal basis and consent
We process enquiry, callback and newsletter data on the basis of your consent, given by ticking the consent box or confirming your subscription. Analytics cookies are only set if you choose “Accept” in the cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time (see “Your rights”).
Who processes your data
We use a small number of service providers, each only for the purpose listed:
- Cloudflare hosts the website, runs the forms and provides spam protection (Turnstile) and cookieless visit statistics.
- Resend delivers form emails and the newsletter, and stores newsletter subscribers.
- Google provides Google Analytics 4 (only after consent) and our email inbox (Gmail).
- Cal.com provides the booking calendar, if you use it.
- WhatsApp (Meta) and your phone carrier handle messages you choose to send us.
We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and callback requests are not stored on the website; they exist only as emails in our inbox, which we keep for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, or longer if they become part of a client contract. Newsletter subscriptions last until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained for 14 months.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, update or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, or nominate someone to exercise your rights on your behalf. Email the grievance officer above. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that already happened. If you are in India and not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Children
This website is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Do Not Track
Our site does not change its behaviour in response to browser “Do Not Track” signals. Analytics only runs if you accept cookies.
Changes
We will post any changes here and update the date at the top. Significant changes will be highlighted on the home page for 30 days.
