What services does Kloudwise offer?
Kloudwise offers six services: website development, SEO, digital marketing, custom software, workflow automation and cloud solutions. You can hire us for one of them or combine them, for example a new website with SEO and automated follow-up for every enquiry, and work with one point of contact throughout.
Which businesses do you work with?
We work with small and mid-sized businesses in the United States and India, from local service businesses with strong Google reviews to startups and established companies that need software or automation. If your customers find you online, or should, we can probably help.
Do you work with clients in the US and India?
Yes. Kloudwise works with clients in both countries. US clients can call or text our US number, and Indian clients can call or WhatsApp our Indian number. Calls are scheduled at times that suit your time zone.
How do I get started?
Book a free 15-minute call or send an enquiry through the contact page. We’ll ask about your business and goals, then send a written scope and a fixed quote. Nothing is billed until you approve it.
How quickly will you reply?
We reply to every enquiry within one working day, usually much sooner. For a faster answer, WhatsApp us if you’re in India or text us if you’re in the US.
Pricing & Quotes
How much does a project cost?
Every project gets a fixed quote after a free discovery call, based on its scope. Websites start small and grow with the number of pages and features; software and automation are quoted per milestone. You see the full price before any work starts, with no hourly billing surprises.
Why don't you show prices on the website?
Projects vary too much for a price list to be honest. A three-page local business site and a client portal are different jobs. A 15-minute call lets us give you an exact, fixed price instead of a range that changes later.
Is there a minimum contract period?
No. Projects are paid by milestone, and ongoing services such as SEO, marketing and website care are month to month. You can stop at any time and keep everything we’ve built.
Do you charge a percentage of my ad spend?
No. You pay Google or Meta directly from your own ad account, and Kloudwise charges a fixed monthly management fee agreed in advance. That keeps our advice independent of how much you spend.
Projects & Process
How long does a website take?
Most websites launch in two to four weeks. A focused local business website can be ready in under a week once we have your photos and content. Larger sites and custom software are planned in milestones with a working demo every week.
What do you need from me?
Usually a short kick-off call, access to any existing accounts such as your domain or Google Business Profile, real photos where relevant, and quick feedback on weekly demos. We write the content for you if you prefer, and you approve everything before launch.
Will I see progress during the project?
Yes. You get a private preview link and a demo every week, so you can see the real website or software as it’s built and ask for changes early, when they’re cheap to make.
Can you redesign my existing website?
Yes. We review your current site first, keep the pages and links that already rank, and redirect old addresses to the new ones so you don’t lose search traffic when the new site launches.
Working Together
Do I own the code and accounts?
Yes. Code, domains, hosting, analytics and ad accounts are set up in your name from day one. Kloudwise works with access you grant and you can remove it at any time.
Who will I be working with?
You work directly with the engineer building your project, not an account manager. The person who quotes your project is the person who builds it.
What happens after launch?
We stay available for fixes, and you can choose a monthly care plan for updates, monitoring, SEO and reporting. If you’d rather manage things yourself, we hand over documentation and logins.
Is my data safe with you?
We collect only what a project needs, keep credentials in a password manager or secure store, use least-privilege access and never share client data. Enquiries sent through this website are delivered by email and not stored on the site.

How long does SEO take to show results?
Pages are usually indexed within a few weeks, and the first meaningful changes in rankings and leads typically appear within one to three months. Competitive industries and large cities take longer, so we measure against a baseline every month.
Can you get my business on the first page of Google?
Nobody can honestly guarantee a ranking, because Google decides. What we can promise is the work: a technically sound site, a well-optimised Google Business Profile, helpful content and a steady review flow, with monthly reports so you can judge the results.
Can you help my business show up in ChatGPT and Google's AI answers?
We improve the signals AI assistants rely on: strong Google rankings, recent reviews, consistent business details on trusted sites and pages that state your key facts plainly. We then track how often AI tools mention you, since their answers change from one question to the next.
Do you write blog posts and website content?
Yes. We write service pages and guides that answer the questions your customers actually ask, based on a short interview with you. Every piece is reviewed by you before it’s published.
